Friday, Oct 30, 6:00 - 7:30 PM, School Cafeteria
A Halloween dance and costume party for Kindergarten and First Grade students. Come in your best costume and dance the night away with DJ Gabe and his kid-friendly Halloween hits.
Tickets are $25 per family. Siblings are welcome, but we ask that older siblings stay home if possible. If they come, please keep them with you so our youngest students have a safe, fun night. Snacks and treats will be for sale, so bring a little extra.
Our calendar includes PTO events, district dates like early dismissals and days off, and Board of Education meetings.
Apple Calendar checks subscribed calendars on a schedule, so a new or changed event can take a while to show up. To get updates faster:
Open Settings, then Apps, then Calendar, then Calendar Accounts. On older versions of iOS, go to Settings, then Calendar, then Accounts.
Tap Fetch New Data.
Under Fetch, choose Every 15 Minutes. If Subscribed Calendars appears in the list, make sure it's set to Fetch too.
Want instant updates? If your iPhone already has a Google account (Settings, then Apps, then Calendar, then Calendar Accounts), tap the Google Calendar button above instead. Then visit calendar.google.com/calendar/syncselect on your phone and check HES PTO Calendar. Changes will appear within minutes.
In the Calendar app, right-click HES PTO Calendar in the calendar list, choose Get Info, and set Auto-refresh to Every 15 minutes.
If the buttons above don't work, you can add the calendar by hand. Copy the HES PTO Calendar Feed address below, then:
iPhone or iPad: go to Settings, then Apps, then Calendar, then Calendar Accounts, then Add Account, then Other, then Add Subscribed Calendar, and paste the address.
Google Calendar: on a computer, select the + next to Other calendars, choose From URL, and paste the address.
Outlook: go to Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, and paste the address.

Outlook refreshes subscribed calendars on its own schedule, usually every few hours, and you can't change that setting. New or changed HES events may take a few hours to appear in Outlook.
