New Families

Welcome to HES, new families!

We're so glad you're here! Start by downloading our 2026–2027 Welcome Packet. It has everything you need to know about HES and the PTO in one place. Then work through this checklist to get connected with the HES community.

1. Download the Welcome Packet (PDF), your guide to the school year at HES.

2. Subscribe to the PTO calendar so school and PTO dates appear on your phone.

3. Download the Directory App (Membership Toolkit) to connect with classmates' families.

4. Support the PTO with an Annual Appeal gift of any amount.

5. Sign up to volunteer at an event. It's the fastest way to meet other parents.

6. Come to a PTO meeting. Everyone is welcome.

7. Follow us on Instagram for reminders and photos.
